Intensive Italian language programs
Italian Language courses taught at Babilonia – Center for Italian Language and Culture are full immersion classes. Language classes are conducted in the Italian language exclusively to accelerate learning. The focus is to introduce students to current language usage. The didactic methodology follows the curriculum set by the Common Framework of European Languages.

GEOLOGY IN ITALY COURSE

Geology and Volcanology
Sicily, a land of active volcanoes. Black plumes and fiery red lava rivulets can be viewed on Mount Etna from Taormina. Mount Etna is the second most active volcano in the world . On site lectures include Mount Etna, Vulcano and the Iblean Foreland – the Sicilian margin of the African Plate located in the southeastern section of Sicily.
