This course develops an understanding of the tourism and hospitality sector covering regulations, dynamics, market drivers ad networks with the aim of developing successful future tourism entrepreneurs in the global marketplace. The course includes local travel to experience the vibrant tourist market in Taormina and nearby areas.

Course Description:
For decades Taormina has been a popular international destination for tourists. The Tourism Marketing course takes advantage of Taorminaβs strong hospitality and tourism offerings. The course explores a variety of topics including the relationship between tourism and recreation services, customer management, the benefits of tourism, agency organization, marketing and managing diverse groups, creative and effective branding, environmental impact, pricing services, crisis management and best practices. The town of Taormina serves as a laboratory for firsthand experiences in the tourism industry. No prerequisite.
